Tour Destinations

Small-group and private wildlife photography tours led by Dean across the UK, Scottish Highlands, Hebrides and Estonia. All levels welcome.

Every tour is designed around the wildlife and the light — not a fixed itinerary. Dean keeps groups small so you get the time, space and guidance to come away with images you're genuinely proud of. Whether it's your first time in the field or you're looking to push your photography further, there's a tour for you.

The Scottish Highlands in winter offer some of the most dramatic wildlife photography in Europe. Dean knows the locations intimately — from high-altitude plateaus where mountain hares turn white against the snow, to glens where red deer stags roam. Golden eagles, red grouse and ptarmigan round out an extraordinary list of subjects.

The Outer Hebrides are one of the last strongholds for some of Britain's rarest birds. Dean's Hebrides tours focus on the species that make this archipelago unique — corncrakes, red-throated divers, white-tailed eagles and red-necked phalaropes — all set against the extraordinary light and landscapes of the Atlantic coast.

Estonia is one of Europe's great wildlife photography destinations — vast ancient forests, pristine bogs and a remarkable diversity of species rarely seen in Western Europe.
